La rivista giapponese Famitsu ha chiesto ad un centinaio di sviluppatori giapponesi e professionisti del settore quale fosse, a lor parere, il “Game of the Year 2017”, coinvolgendo anche attori e altri personaggi importanti nelle votazioni. In questa classifica non mancano anche titoli mobile, dal momento che in Giappone molti sviluppatori sono soliti giocare a questi titoli come svago dal loro lavoro.
